Using Your Insurance

Insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by individual plan. Before your appointment, we recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your:

• Behavioral health benefits

• Copay or coinsurance

• Deductible

• Telehealth coverage

• Coverage for psychiatric evaluation and medication management

Participation with an insurance company does not guarantee coverage for a specific service.

Self-Pay

Self-pay options are available for patients who do not have insurance, have an out-of-network plan, or prefer not to use their insurance benefits.

Out-of-Network Insurance

If Manor Behavioral Health is not in network with your insurance plan, a superbill may be available upon request. You may submit the superbill to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan and cannot be guaranteed by Manor Behavioral Health.
